Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 2.5-5 years of video editing experience, including working with social media formats and short-form content. 
  • CapCut Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using CapCut for video editing, including advanced transitions, effects, and audio syncing. 
  • Graphic Design Skills: Basic knowledge of Canva for integrating text overlays and branded elements into video projects. 
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and organize video files within Google Drive, ensuring streamlined access for the team and clients. 
  • Client Communication: Strong communication skills to interpret client feedback and apply creative solutions to meet their content needs. 
  • Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a keen eye for quality and consistency in video production.

Core responsibilities:

  • Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit high-quality video content using software such as CapCut, ensuring it aligns with client brand guidelines and is delivered in a timely manner. 
  • Content Repurposing: Adapt long-form content into short, platform-specific clips for social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. 
  • Graphic Design Integration: Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to incorporate branded graphics and motion elements into video content using Canva. 
  • Data Input & File Management: Assist with the organization of project files within Google Drive, ensuring all videos and assets are correctly labeled and easily accessible. 
  • Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to ensure their creative vision is met, implementing feedback promptly while maintaining project deadlines. 
  • Research & Adaptation: Stay updated on current video trends and editing techniques, applying new tools and styles to enhance the quality and effectiveness of content.
