Job Requirements:

  • 2.5-5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a related role. 
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms, including post automation and scheduling tools. 
  • Willingness to learn and be trained in basic administrative tasks, such as email management and data entry. 
  • Willingness to, with time, provide social media strategies, and provide data-driven insights for growth.

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage social media accounts, automating, scheduling, and posting content, while assisting the client in implementing growth strategies. 
  • Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages and fostering community interaction. 
  • Assist with administrative tasks like organizing emails, updating databases, and maintaining schedules. 
  • Track and analyze social media performance, making data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and growth. 
  • Conduct research on social media trends and competitors, providing insights to enhance content and strategies. 
  • Create social media content (graphics, captions) and contribute to more creative content ideas and initiatives.
