Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales lead generation, with extensive experience in cold calling, vetting, and qualifying leads. 
  • Proven ability to create cold call lists and manage outreach campaigns with a focus on quality lead conversion. 
  • Proficiency with Pipedrive CRM software or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines and tracking outreach activities. 
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for effective lead engagement and client collaboration. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, create strategies, and improve processes.

Core responsibilities:

  • Create cold call lists based on target market research and client criteria, ensuring a structured and effective outreach strategy. 
  • Cold call potential clients to identify, engage, vet, and qualify leads, then schedule appointments with the sales team. 
  • Develop and implement cold call strategies to optimize lead conversion and streamline outreach processes. 
  • Manage and track leads using Pipedrive, ensuring accurate data entry and up-to-date records of all interactions with potential clients. 
  • Analyze cold call performance metrics to assess lead quality and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate directly with the team to ensure lead generation efforts align with business goals and refine processes for efficiency.
