Contributing to the sales of Ralston products via partners to clients and achieving predefined revenue, growth and profit targets. Taking responsibility for your own budget and sales activities.
Building and maintaining a strong network of partners and clients. Relationship-building, including attendance at trade fairs and events or joint visits with partners.
Conducting acquisition meetings, visiting partners and clients and handling contract and/or price negotiations. Organizing commercial meetings regarding pricing, terms and reviews.
Providing sales support to partners, including training sessions, demos and seminars. Offering technical advice to clients. Handling customer complaints.
Taking an active role in creating and shaping the required marketing materials to inform partners and clients and hunt for new business.
Your profile
You have a higher education degree, preferably in a technical or chemical field, or bring sufficient relevant experience.
You have developed and managed partners and clients and bring a track record of achieving growth and sales targets in the paints/coatings or building materials industry.
You are familiar in working with partners, distributors and understands how to use their aid to position a brand in the market.
You have worked for an international and/or family-owned company before or have dealt with international client accounts.
Experience with or affinity for coatings/paints is a strong plus. So is knowledge of regulations concerning eco-labels and EPD.
You are fluent in German and English, both in written as in spoken form.
