This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM Edmonton, Canada
  • Includes 1 hour unpaid break

Job Description

Dive into an exciting role that blends personal assistance with digital marketing in a fast-paced yoga studio environment. You’ll be the linchpin of operations, managing everything from client communications to content creation. You’ll work closely with the owner to streamline operations, elevate the studio’s online presence, and ensure a seamless experience for clients both in-person and virtually. Responsibilities
  • Manage and update the company’s Squarespace website, ensuring it remains fresh, informative, and user-friendly
  • Handle client management and scheduling using specialized software, maintaining an organized and efficient system
  • Create engaging social media content using Canva, boosting the studio’s online presence and community engagement
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, text messages, and social media platforms
  • Assist with basic video editing and graphic design tasks to support marketing initiatives and online class offerings
  • Organize and execute administrative tasks to keep the business running smoothly
  • Support marketing efforts by brainstorming ideas, creating content, and implementing campaigns
  • Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to maintain accurate client data and improve retention
  • Collaborate with the owner to streamline operations and implement new ideas for business growth
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with Squarespace or similar website management platforms
  • Strong social media management skills and familiarity with current trends
  • Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design, with experience using tools like Canva
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software systems and technologies
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Passion for health, wellness, or yoga is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote work setting
  • Flexibility to potentially transition to full-time hours in the future
