We are looking for an energetic and motivated Chief Financial Officer ready to expand their career with us!

POSITION OVERVIEW:

You will be working with our Finance team to manage all aspects of our CEO's finances globally.

You will be responsible for driving the CEO's financial planning, overseeing financial budgeting, managing company liquidity, identifying cost reduction and process improvement opportunities and so on.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Drive the CEO financial planning

● Represent the CEO with third parties and government agencies

● Manage vendor relationships

● Supervise billing, payroll, month-end, reconciliations, general ledger accounting, and other relevant financial processes

● Supervise bookkeeping activities, ensuring accuracy and identifying improvement areas

● Keep the company in compliance with applicable local financial and tax regulations

● Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments

● Manage company liquidity, identify cost reduction and process improvement

opportunities

● Coordinate the CEO's cash flow

● Supervise and manage the finance team

● Train and mentor department staff on policies and procedures to establish a strong

foundation for client development and service activities

● Oversee financial budgeting

QUALIFICATIONS:

● 5+ years experience in financial roles

● Proven experience as CFO, finance officer, or relevant role

● In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices

● Knowledge of forecasting methods

● Excel proficiency

● Understanding of global citizen lifestyle

● Entrepreneurial problem-solving approach

● High level of personal integrity

● Strong leadership and organizational skills

● An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers

● BSc/BA in Business Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a huge plus

● Fluent written and spoken English
