At KBR, we’re looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help staff critical government proposal contracts by sourcing and hiring highly cleared Intelligence professionals. In this role, you’ll be the matchmaker between exceptional candidates and mission-critical roles in the Intelligence Community (IC). Qualifications:
Experience in proposal and pre-award staffing needs - Key Personnel positions and other required positions for proposal submission
Participate in business reviews, proposal-specific strategy sessions to gain full understanding of staffing needs for each initiative
Work closely with the TA team to qualify staffing needs for new pursuits and recompetes of current contracts
Ensures seamless handoff of requisitions and staffing plan to Sector TA Team during transition phase upon contract award
Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Expertise in tools like Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience
Intel and/or DoD recruiting experience
Ability to manage multiple proposal contracts simultaneously
Experience in bids and proposals/pre-award staffing
Experience recruiting cleared candidates from TS/SCI up to Full Scope Polygraph level
Strong Boolean search skills and experience sourcing candidates from online job boards
Strong organizational and time management skills

Work Environment:
Location: Remote but must be located in the Northern Virginia area
Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-10%.
Working Hours: Standard workday with occasional non-standard work hours required
