Job role

 Operational support for the Protection & Resilience services offered to clients globally with focus on Protective Security Management & Emergency Response Management.

What you will do

  •      Offer support and operational execution of services provided to clients globally on PSM (Physical, Personnel, Event, Travel & Executive Security) & ERM lifecycle. 
  •      Engage in the coordination and communication between PSM, ERM and other converging P&R domains (Business Continuity, Global Incident Management, Crisis Management etc.) 
  •      Perform GAP analysis, process evaluation, threat identification and provide recommendations for implementation under senior supervision
  •      Prepare Protection & Resilience documentations, reports and analysis (Good Excel and PowerPoint skills required);
  •      Support in the development of Protection & Resilience awareness materials among the OE´s employees and on top level management;
  •      Support the implementation of the controls and process requirements specifics to Protective Security Management;
  •      Analyze deviations from the Group Standard requirements under the guidance of senior roles;
  •      Prepare, revise and maintain relevant documentation.

What you bring

  •   University degree
  •  At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Protection & Resilience domains (Protective Security / Health & Safety / Business Continuity/ Audit/ Risk ) ideally in the financial / insurance industry
  •  Ability to analyze data and extrapolate relevant information, identify problem root causes and think creatively for solutions
  •  Customer service orientation
  •  Ability to deliver high-quality results 
  •  Technical understanding of IT tools 
  •  Proficiency with MS Office – especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  •  Fluent English is necessary.

  •       Ability to set priorities and work to tight deadlines
  •      Good level of self-organization
  •      Self-motivated, proactive and customer-centric working style
  •      Well-developed social skills and cross-cultural experience is a plus (ability to operate within a global team environment / work within global virtual teams)
  •      Good coordination and communication abilities
  •      Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances;
  •      Interest in developing skills in the area of Protection & Resilience (Protective Security Management and Emergency Response Management);
