As a Learning and Capability Specialist you will be responsible for designing and delivering learning initiatives for Customer Relations
You'll be responsible for :
- Utilise contemporary adult learning principles and techniques to develop and deliver learning and capability solutions.
- Responsible for creating eLearns that are engaging, interactive and upskill our people in complaints.
- Deliver a broad range of Customer Relations programs from induction to upskilling and career development programs. You will utilise many delivery modes and channels, with a strong emphasis on self-service learning.
- Drive a continuous improvement approach to the learner capability and experience to ensure effective embedding of learning and capability through evaluation of success metrics.
- Balance the learner experience and innovation with a commercial lens through modern and 'fit for purpose' adult learning methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders' enterprise-wide across Allianz, external regulatory bodies and Allianz global to leverage existing learning, drive scale, improve efficiencies, and build enterprise mindset.
About you
- Experience and knowledge of general insurance or finance preferred
- Solid understanding of Learning & Development, adult learning principles
- Solid understanding of instructional design using Articulate storyline
- Experience in using applications to create engaging elearn modules.
- Experience applying adult learning methodologies, designing, and delivering learning solutions, in a medium - large corporate organisation, in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment managing risks, project deliverables, stakeholder challenges, and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to interpret complex information, extract meaningful insights, provide effective options, and influence decision making.
