In order to generate further leads via outbound, we are looking forward to the support of a (Junior) Sales Development Representative (all genders) in full-time.


About your role
Our Sales Development Representative team juggles many different topics day in, day out. In addition to the automated creation of lead lists and data analysis, the focus is on making contact with potential prospects.


About your potential tasks
  • You enjoy process automation and optimisation of communication sequences
  • You make contact (telephone, e-mail, LinkedIn) with potential customers and qualify existing leads in the contact process
  • You use various tools to measure the websites of potential customers and prepare the approach of potential new customers
  • You work closely with colleagues in Business Development and the Account Executive to introduce customer-specific requirements for the further development of the sales process

  • Passion, strong powers of persuasion, resilience and negotiating skills
  • Independent, communicative and service-oriented behaviour
  • Language skills in German (advanced) and English (business fluent).
  • Place of residence: Hamburg or surrounding area (→ working remotely is possible, but we would definitely need you to be present on a regular basis)
Nice-to-have:
  • First practical experience as Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative or in a similar sales role (preferably in B2B Software-as-a-Service)
  • Skills in working with software and CRM systems (Google Suite, Slack and Hubspot)
  • Fluent 1st or 2nd mother tongue: English, French, Italian, Spanish, Eastern European (diverse)
