Job description

This is a remote position.

Part-time (25 hours a week)
Work Schedule: Flexible hours, but ideally 5 hours per day between 9am-6pm PST



Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential for supporting our operations by engaging with potential clients, coordinating communication, and managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook for new home listings.
  • Send pre-written messages to homeowners or agents regarding listings.
  • Respond to inquiries with pre-drafted answers or coordinate follow-up emails/calls with team members.
  • Perform basic Excel work, including data entry and organization.
  • Assist with invoicing and tracking payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and transactions.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed.
