Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven experience in customer support or sales, preferably within SaaS or tech environments

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a remote, fast-paced setting
  • Sharp problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and adaptability to learn new software quickly
  • Flexibility to work in different time zones to support a global customer base
  • Basic understanding of AI and its applications in customer service (preferred)
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of converting leads into loyal customers
