Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing accounts and collections? A leading provider of subscription motorcycles for food delivery riders, is looking for an Accounts & Collections Specialist to join our team and help streamline our processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Manage and reduce missed direct debit payments.
Chase customers and third parties for damages and overdue payments.
Administer toll charges and ensure timely collection.
Implement and improve systems to reduce account receivable levels.
Collaborate with our team to optimize current processes for greater efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a similar role.
Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing customer relations.
Ability to identify opportunities to improve financial processes and implement them effectively.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tasks.
