Schedule:

Job Description

As a Web Maintenance Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our client’s digital presence, ensuring their websites remain cutting-edge, secure, and high-performing. You’ll work with diverse platforms including WordPress, Webflow, BigCommerce, and Wix, tackling a range of challenges from migrations to custom feature implementations. This role offers a unique blend of technical problem-solving and client service, allowing you to grow your skills across multiple web technologies while contributing to the success of businesses in various industries. You’ll be instrumental in launching and managing our new website maintenance service, directly impacting the agency’s growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Execute smooth WordPress migrations and updates, minimizing downtime
  • Manage and update plugins and core systems across multiple client websites
  • Implement new features and components using page builders like Elementor
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex website issues efficiently
  • Maintain and optimize websites across various platforms (WordPress, Webflow, BigCommerce, Wix)
  • Handle support tickets through HubSpot CRM, ensuring prompt client communication
  • Collaborate with the design team to implement visual updates and enhancements
  • Ensure website compliance and optimal performance, especially for financial sector clients
  • Contribute to the development and growth of the new website maintenance service


Requirements
  • Proven expertise in WordPress maintenance, including core updates and plugin management
  • Hands-on experience with Webflow, BigCommerce, and Wix platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug diverse website issues
  • Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with popular page builders, especially Elementor
  • Excellent communication skills for seamless team collaboration and occasional client interaction
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment
  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Passion for staying updated with the latest web technologies and maintenance best practices
