Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative
Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us elevate our marketing efforts in promoting our courses and services. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation across various channels.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Transformed's courses and services.
  • Coordinate and manage social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Create content and graphics in conjunction with other members of the Transformed team
  • Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials, including blog posts, promo emails, articles, and success stories.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including nurture sequence emails for new lead registrations.
  • Collaborate with the GM and sales/content team to produce engaging content for the website and other digital channels.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Develop an email marketing strategy and leverage our leads database for marketing campaigns
  • Support the planning and execution of webinars
  • Maintain and update the company's website to ensure content is current and engaging.
  • Coordinate SEO of the website
  • Assist in managing relationships with external partners and vendors (including PPC advertising agency).
  • Coordinate market research activities to identify trends and opportunities.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the education or training sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, Mailchimp and Wordpress).
  • Also proficient in using Canva, Notion and Asana or similar.
