Job description

SUMMARY
This role is seeking an experienced Senior Developer to support and develop custom software solutions for our clients. We’re looking for someone with solid experience in full-stack development and a strong technical foundation. The ideal candidate should also be well-versed in modern technologies, including Azure AI Bot Framework, AI technologies, and GitHub.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC Framework, Angular, JavaScript, SQL, and C#, with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, led by a Product Manager or Project Lead, and working with vendors and clients. Should be able to articulate thoughts clearly and communicate effectively with C-level executives and Senior Architects.
  • Supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues efficiently.
  • Continuously proposing improvements in technology and processes.
  • Documenting technical decisions, architecture, and strategies.
  • Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience (10 years ideal) in software development.
  • Expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC Framework, Angular, JavaScript, SQL, and C#.
  • Proven client-facing experience, including discussions, managing expectations, and delivering solutions.
  • Industry experience in healthcare or ERP-related (manufacturing) projects is a plus.
  • Strong background in scalable web application development and software design patterns.
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Agile/Scrum experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with BOT Framework, AI, and Managed Services environments.
  • GitHub or version control proficiency, with adaptability to new technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (Azure or AWS).
  • Security expertise, particularly with secure APIs.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies are a bonus.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
  • Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
