As an SDR working remotely, your role will focus on prospecting and generating new leads in our target markets. You’ll engage with potential clients, qualify their needs, and set up appointments for our sales team. Your main goal will be to build a pipeline of opportunities and ensure that leads are nurtured and passed along for further action. We use cutting-edge sales tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to help you succeed. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and identify new leads within target markets.
  • Qualify leads through research, cold calls, and outreach.
  • Set up meetings for the sales team by establishing initial contact and understanding potential clients' needs.
  • Utilize tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify prospects and track outreach.
  • Work closely with the sales team to help build a strong sales pipeline and assist in converting leads to customers.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in business-to-business sales, ideally in tech or staffing.
  • Proven ability to prospect, research, and generate new leads.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to develop ongoing opportunities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication skills (including video outreach).
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Comfortable using Office and CRM programs.
