This key position combines the oversight of administrative operations with legal and regulatory compliance management, ensuring the smooth and secure functioning of our operations.

Main Responsibilities
Administrative and Operational Management
  • Oversee and optimize administrative processes for development teams.
  • Manage operational budgets and maintain relationships with technology providers.
  • Implement and maintain document management systems and processes.
  • Develop and implement organizational policies.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and continuous process improvement.
Legal and Compliance Management
  • Oversee the preparation and management of contracts with clients and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with external legal advisors.
  • Protect intellectual property assets.
  • Manage confidentiality agreements and software licenses.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Maintain a system for contract expiration alerts and renewals.
Insurance and Risk Management
  • Administer the comprehensive corporate insurance program.
  • Manage professional liability and cybersecurity policies.
  • Evaluate exposures and coverage needs.
  • Implement risk mitigation measures.
  • Maintain business continuity plans.
Document Management and Reporting
  • Oversee the centralized legal and administrative document system.
  • Maintain and update the corporate policy repository.
  • Coordinate certifications and audits.
  • Manage legal and administrative KPIs.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
  • Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Specialization in technology law (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Experience in managing corporate insurance programs.
Technical Competencies
  • Proficiency with legal and contract management tools.
  • Experience with document management systems.
  • Knowledge of international regulatory frameworks.
  • Familiarity with technology-driven environments.
