Job description

Permanent Remote / Work-from-home / Full-Time
Graveyard Shift / Night Shift (at least 2 years of graveyard experience is a must)
Salary Range: 30,000 - 40,000 (Depending on your experience) + HMO Benefits with Maxicare

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us attract and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates:
Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.
Focus on sourcing candidates with experience in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) or Virtual Assistant (VA) agencies.
- Interviewing & Screening:
Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates promptly.
- Managing ATS Platform (Breezy):
Oversee and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (Breezy) to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Organize and track candidate data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS.
Optimize workflows within Breezy to improve efficiency and streamline recruitment efforts.
- Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and offer guidance on hiring strategies.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing candidates from the BPO or Virtual Assistant (VA) industry
- Experience managing ATS platforms like Breezy is required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, JobStreet)
- Familiarity with best practices in recruitment and hiring compliance

- Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor
- Highly motivated and organized
- Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High-quality noise-canceling headset
- High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet
- High-speed computer with a working webcam also must have a backup computer
- A quiet working environment free of outside noise (cars, animals, others working)
