Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Influencer Affiliate Associate to identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with influencers across various digital channels. This role involves managing the influencer and affiliate programs, developing creative partnerships, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Identification and Management:

  • Identify influencers and affiliates across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Influencer Hero, podcasts, and more.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage content rights, and ensure timely delivery of agreed-upon deliverables.
  • Develop long-term relationships with top-performing influencers and podcast hosts.


Program Scaling and Strategy:

  • Strategically scale the company's influencer and affiliate programs.
  • Report on key drivers and program performance, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.


Content Distribution and Collaboration:

  • Manage influencer content distribution across paid media and collaborate with social and paid media teams.
  • Align messaging and campaigns with customer service, marketing, and product teams.


Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze campaign performance, including conversion rates and ROI.
  • Optimize budgets for influencer, and podcast partnerships to maximize impact.


Creative Storytelling:

  • Leverage storytelling to align influencer content with brand objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate to create campaigns that resonate with target audiences.


Qualifications:

Professional Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the e-commerce industry or at an agency.
  • Deep understanding of influencer and content trends across platforms.
  • Proven negotiation skills with influencers ranging from micro to VIP.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.


Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Shopify.
  • Familiarity with influencer and affiliate marketing software like Influencer Hero (training provided for specific tools).


Personal Attributes:

  • Passion for functional wellness and adaptogenic or nootropic compounds.
  • Creative, innovative mindset with a readiness to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
