Job Title: Sales Development Representative, Exp in Luxury Markets
Location:
Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule: On call, rotating schedule, 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Private Aviation Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and convert provided leads into private jet charter sales, build strong relationships with clients, and offer high-quality customer service. The role requires knowledge of sales processes, strong communication skills, and a client-focused attitude. Experience in high-value sales, familiarity with the private aviation industry, and knowledge of cryptocurrency are beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Manage and convert sales leads provided by the company, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
  • Sales Execution: Close private jet charter deals, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and relatability with clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-tier customer service, offering a seamless and personalized client experience.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in sales, preferably in high-value or luxury markets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with high-end clientele.
  • Experience using Slack, Salesforce, Adobe, WhatsApp, and email communication tools.
  • Knowledge of the private aviation industry or Part 135 operations (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to work on-call with a rotating schedule.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Avinode (private aviation software) is a plus, but training can be provided.
  • Understanding of cryptocurrency and its use in transactions.
  • Knowledge of private planes, including cabin sizes, range, and seating.
