Expectations for the role

  • Leading efficient and effective recruitment and selection activities
  • Determine selection criteria based on work profile
  • Ensuring that a correct recruitment and selection process is adhered to, including an up to date work profile
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Drafting of internal and external advertisements and leveraging appropriate media
  • Training and preparing managers to conducts competency based interviews
  • Effective and efficient management of new appointments
  • Ensuring timeous update of status changes on all HRrelated information systems and notifying the staff accountant of changes that will effect payroll
  • Maintaining effective relationship with the R&S consultants, universities and other companies
  • Coordinating and participating in tests and interviews
  • Lead direct recruitment (headhunting) where possible
  • Managing and promoting referral recruitment program.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidate
  • records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key Maintain stakeholders 

 

Minimum requirement to apply

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Recruitment and in conducting various employee engagement activities / events.
  • Prefer candidates who have had exposure in working with multinational companies handling global companies.
  • Excellent and effective communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently as well as in teams in a fast-paced environment
