GoCreator Group is a thriving company in the eCommerce space, with operations worldwide. Our head office is in Montreal, Canada, and we have employees working remotely in Canada, the United States and Europe.

We seek a skilled and self-motivated Creator Acquisition Specialist for remote work (from Argentina) to join the Creator Relations team. Who will be responsible for handling incoming leads from the new creator sign ups, and managing our CRM & pipeline. 

About the project: This is an online entertainment marketplace. It is being developed by 6 engineering teams and consists of 50+ services and components.

 Responsibilities: 
- Responding to inbound leads in a timely fashion;
- Updating lead information and statuses within our team CRM;

- Supporting new creators throughout the sign-up process;
- Answering creator questions and inquiries in a timely manner;
- Responsible for prospecting new creators that would be a good match for our platform;
- Comfortable troubleshooting minor technical issues using the backend of our platform;
- Achieving new creator onboarding targets and upload quotas as outlined by management;
- Attending industry events to meet new creators and develop interest in working with our platform;
- Some evening and weekend work required (i.e. attending events, travelling to conferences).

Skills and qualifications: 
- 1-year+ experience in sales, business development, account management or customer success;
- 1-year+ experience managing a pipeline of inbound leads;
- Experience working with a CRM platform;
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack and other web-based applications;
- You're a natural relationship builder and a good communicator who genuinely enjoys working with people;
- You have a native English writing, reading and verbal competency;
- Fluent in Spanish, spoken and written.

Nice to have: 
- Additional language proficiency in French, German or another language.
