Having started out as an online store, we are now growing beyond our borders. In the same way, our products are also expanding beyond the borders of the Internet into the world of retail. In our sales team, we make sure that KoRo is available in stores all over Italy and gain new partners every day. Help us make the supermarket shelves a little more colourful with our variety and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment in the Retail & Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
- You will support us by looking after B2B customers and retail partners, while identifying new potential clients.
- You will assist in creating presentations, sales documents, and competitive analyses, and support sales order management.Â
- You will oversee order processing, sample shipping, and stock monitoring, acting as the key contact for logistics-related inquiries.
- You will update and maintain product listings using Notion and ensure accurate information for customers.
- You will be well-connected throughout the company and will be in close contact with our warehouse and various KoRo departments such as Finance, Operations, Quality Management, Data Management and Sourcing.
- You will keep a close watch on sensitive SKUs and promptly report out-of-stock (OOS) situations to retailer logistics.
