Job description

Owning Delivery: You’ll run the show behind the scenes, making sure every piece of each client’s agency setup is delivered perfectly. Think branding, software, social media setups—whatever’s needed to get them set up for success.

● Keeping the Team Accountable: You’ll lead a team of VAs, making sure everyone’s on top of their tasks, hitting deadlines, and delivering quality work. No excuses, no dropped balls.
● Building and Controlling Procedures: You’ll build, refine, and enforce the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that keep everything tight. You’re not just writing the playbook—you’re making sure it’s followed to the letter. If something doesn’t meet the standard, it’s getting fixed immediately.
● Quality Control: Nothing leaves your team unless it’s flawless. You’ll personally check that every deliverable meets our standards before it gets handed off to the client.
● Improving the System: If you see something clunky, outdated, or slowing us down, you’ll fix it. Streamline processes, cut inefficiencies, and make everything run like clockwork.
● Tracking Performance: You’ll set clear goals for the team, track the numbers, and push everyone to hit (or beat) their targets.
