Requirements

Roles and Responsibility

Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and API references.
Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to stakeholders.
Work closely with development teams to understand technical details and ensure that documentation is comprehensive and up-to-date.
Provide technical writing support to other teams as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve documentation-related issues.
Stay current with industry standards and best practices for technical writing, and continuously improve documentation processes and tools.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience with documentation software such as Adobe FrameMaker or MadCap Flare.
Strong understanding of technical writing and documentation standards.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Familiarity with software development lifecycles and methodologies.
Previous experience in a technical writing or documentation role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in document management systems.
Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
Proficiency in using authoring and collaboration tools, such as Markdown, Git, and JIRA.
