About The Team

What You’ll Own
In a single contributor role, you will lead on key projects and initiatives to
reduce attrition,
improve cross sales and the efficiency of the function.
Taking strategic direction from our business insights, to take projects from idea to execution and track results. Working alongside ECM leadership team to deliver operational change, plan and own the roadmap, operational readiness, execution and evaluation. You will propel us forward making our vision a reality.
Key Accountabilities
- Execute strategic change, monitoring and evaluating results to demonstrate commercial impact
- Develop business cases to deliver improved processes, performance and efficiency
- Run test and control groups to evidence impact
- Execute and monitor churn propensity models
- Evaluating systems and tools to ensure optimisation for maximum efficiency and productivity
- Own operational readiness for projects impacting ECM teams, working with key stakeholder
