Job description

Unlike most in the e-commerce arena, almost all of our technological design, development, and systems management is done in-house, allowing us to create custom solutions within an ever-changing market. This consistent, organic growth is why we have a need for a Technical QA Supervisor looking to further their career.

This position is 100% remote in qualified states only (see bottom of page for list) on a full-time, W2 basis.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of development/automation experience, testing both web and mobile applications, with a demonstrated history of steady career advancement.
Proficient in test automation, SQL, Groovy, and Java.
Understanding of SDLC, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
Experience with code review and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
Experience collaborating with all levels of a project team to build consensus and foster cooperation.

As a QA Supervisor, you will be:

Supporting the management of a small QA team.
Collaborating with the QA Manager to guide and mentor the QA Engineers under your supervision.
Providing individual contributions when possible, stepping in to assist the team as needed while maintaining your technical expertise.
Championing Best Practices and promoting a strong focus on Quality across the company.
Helping to organize and coordinate daily tasks and efforts.

Remote Work Qualifications

Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
