Marketing Specialist

As Marketing Specialist for Italy, you will successfully apply your knowledge, experience and passion to support DLL’s ongoing success in the country. This role will strengthen the transformation of the business strategy into relevant, inspiring marketing programs that create customer value, revenue and growth.

Day To Day

  • Contribute to the Marketing Communications Plan. Co-create and implement the country Marketing and Communications elements of the Sales and Marketing plan.
  • External and Internal Communications – Assess and build external and internal processes (including PR) and materials, in collaboration with relevant internal departments / stakeholders and external agencies
  • Campaigns – Develop, execute and manage advertising campaigns according to Sales and Marketing plan, liaise with external agencies, ensure the execution of the campaign, monitor progress and evaluate the results and impact.
  • Events – Contribute to planning and organizing customer events, including event selection, budgeting and evaluation, in line with the Sales and Marketing plan.
  • Marketing / Merchandising Materials – Contribute to ordering and coordinating the production of marketing and merchandising materials for a specific market segment or offers, liaising with Sales, Marketing and external agencies/suppliers.
  • Digital Assessment - Contribute to designing, implementing and optimizing digital policies (CRM, Socials, Channels) for the organization and defining customer segments based on generated customer insights.

Essentials

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing departments
  • University degree in Marketing or business-related education
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software elements (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and traditional and digital marketing tools (SEO/Social media etc.)
  • English knowledge B2
  • You are well-organized, detail oriented and able to work independently,
  • You have exceptional communication and writing skills, a creative mind and you can build relationships across all levels
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry is considered as a plus
