  • Document Review: Regularly review existing HSE documentation to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with local, state, and federal regulations and industry best practices, and update documents accordingly to maintain compliance.
  • Communication: Collaborate with service managers and employees to gather information and feedback, ensuring that documents reflect the most current safety and environmental practices.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyse HSE data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and translate findings into actionable document updates.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on HSE document compliance and performance, presenting findings to management.
  • Create/update training material.
  • Perform/coordinate audits.
  • Process management.
  • Manage emergency response plans and procedures.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field e.g., Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in document development and management, especially in an Health & Safety / Occupational Safety in Sweden or regulatory context.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices for Sweden.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • Certification in HSE-related disciplines.
  • The right to work in Sweden.
