Location: Remote, United Kingdom

Description

As the VP of Product Solutions, you will be a vital link between our product management and revenue generation efforts. This role will focus on leveraging our product offerings to drive sales growth and enhance customer success. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical product knowledge, sales acumen, and a proven ability to nurture customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategies to improve our sales win rates through product scoping and positioning. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, tailor solutions to customer needs, and close deals effectively.
  • Product-Sales Alignment: Align product solutions with sales goals. Work closely with product management to tailor offerings that resonate with market demands and sales objectives.
  • Mentorship and Development: Mentor the sales and customer success teams from a product scoping and solutioning perspective.
  • Program Launch: Work closely with the implementation architects to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery. Maintain involvement in initial Feature Validation to ensure a project quick start. Work closely with customer success to ensure key business objectives are met with the solution.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 10 years of experience
  • Must have proven background B2B enterprise software environments developing, leading and implementing strategies that increase revenue through technical product scoping and positioning.
  • Ideal candidate will have blended background in Technical Product Management, Product Strategy, GTM / Program Launch with ability to liaise between Sales, Product and Technical Organizations
  • Strong preference for pedigree in Insurance / Insuretech
