Responsibilities:

  • You will be available to senior representatives of membership organisations as the principal point of contact with respect to all Jisc products, services and development programmes

  • The satisfaction of allocated member accounts will be your responsibility
  • You will support members in matching their requirements to the full range of existing Jisc products and services and champion the member’s requirement within Jisc, and take ownership of their issues all the way through to resolution

Key Skills and Experience:

  • You are able to assimilate information and to communicate it effectively to both members and colleagues.
  • As a strong team player, you are able to function at a high level within the context of your team, as well as being strongly motivated to operate using your own initiative.
  • You will be literate in digital technologies and be comfortable with a matrix management environment and willing to operate flexibly across a large and often diverse geography and membership base.
  • As a field-based worker, you will be comfortable with regular travel, working on-the-move and working remotely from an office environment.
