As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Build strong customer relationships by handling inquiries with speed and professionalism.
  • Promote customer retention and loyalty by supporting successful inquiry outcomes.
  • Maintain professional, empathetic relationships with all customers.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and management.

Your qualifications
