Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Company: GoTeam

Location and Workplace: Work from Home

Shift Schedule: 11PM -8PM

Salary: 30,000-35,000 Pesos



Summary:

GoTeam is seeking for detail-oriented with a knack for ensuring timely and accurate payments? Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist and play a vital role in maintaining our vendor relationships.


About the Job:


Key Duties:


  • Process daily customer deposits (checks, ACH, WT, CC) and record customer refunds
  • Research and resolving account discrepancies, perform account reconciliations
  • Coordinate with collection and other teams to research and resolve customer's billings/payments discrepancies
  • Contact Customers to collect past due balances
  • Maintain good relationship with customers and coordinators
  • Assist in periodic financial audits
  • Record account write offs, bad debts, sales tax adjustment
  • Generate and review AR Aging
  • Perform other duties, as assigned


Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel
  • Hands-on experience working with general ledgers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Detail and deadline oriented
  • Accountability and high curiosity
