Job description

Go Team is seeking an Administrative Assistant who will provide support by managing schedules, handling correspondence, and preparing essential documents. Responsibilities include overseeing Zendesk customer support, Shopify product management, and data entry in NetSuite (preferred), while ensuring operational efficiency and streamlined processes. The role also requires effective communication and coordination with internal teams to align priorities and deliver exceptional service.

In this position, you will be:


Administrative Support:

  • Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments.
  • Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

Zendesk Management:

  • Monitor and manage customer support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Create and maintain help center articles and FAQs.
  • Analyze Zendesk reports to identify trends and suggest improvements.

Shopify Support:

  • Assist with product listings, updates, and inventory management on Shopify.
  • Process customer orders and coordinate shipping logistics.
  • Troubleshoot basic Shopify-related issues and escalate when necessary.

NetSuite Support (Preferred):

  • Enter and maintain accurate data in NetSuite, including orders, inventory, and customer records.
  • Generate and analyze NetSuite reports to support decision-making.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Streamline administrative and operational processes to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in implementing new tools and systems to support business growth.

Communication:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deadlines.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients or customers when needed.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Zendesk and Shopify is required.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
