Job description

GoTeam is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Administrator to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll play a vital part in managing customer inquiries via SMS and email while supporting our digital marketing efforts on LinkedIn and Facebook. Help us elevate our brand’s visibility and engagement through exceptional customer communication and social media management.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, concerns, and complaints via email, phone, and social media.
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and accurately, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Work with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and share product updates with customers.
  • Monitor customer feedback, identify trends, and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through events and regular feedback gathering.
  • Coordinate with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure high-quality service and products.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and building partnerships.
  • Comfortable using email, phone, and social media for customer support.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
