The Role

The Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, with a particular focus on Microsoft Azure and Intune. This role ensures the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the information systems that support core organizational functions.

Responsibilities

Azure Administration

  • Manage and monitor Azure resources and services.
  • Implement and maintain Azure-based solutions.
  • Ensure security and compliance within the Azure environment.
  • Responding to all customers queries in accordance with defined SLA's.
  • Optimize Azure costs and performance.

Intune Administration

  • Configure and manage Intune for device and application management.
  • Implement policies for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Intune-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards.

General IT Administration

  • Manage and work on IT tickets daily.
  • Maintain and support on-premises and cloud-based IT infrastructure.
  • Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide technical support to end-users.

Security and Compliance

  • Implement and manage security measures to protect IT systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems and processes.
  • Generate reports on system performance, security, and compliance.
  • Provide recommendations for system improvements and upgrades.

Experience

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in IT systems administration.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Azure and Intune.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Azure services and architecture.
  • Proficiency in Intune configuration and management.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT security principles and practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule

  • Monday- Friday 7am-4pm PH time PH Time
