Job Description

The Ticket Acquisition Specialist is responsible for monitoring the release of tickets for various European monuments and round-the-clock coverage to ensure timely acquisition of the limited-availability tickets, museums, particularly the Vatican Museums, and rapidly purchasing the tickets as soon as they become available. This role requires

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor ticket release notifications and alerts for the Vatican Museums and other European attractions (e.g., Paris Catacombs, Colosseum, St. Mark's Basilica) on a 24/7 basis
  • Quickly log into the respective ticketing websites and purchase the available tickets as soon as they are released
  • Coordinate with the client's booking team to ensure the acquired tickets match the existing reservations
  • Assist with other ticket acquisition tasks for the client's portfolio of European attractions during slower periods
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to the client on the ticket release patterns and acquisition process
  • Maintain clear communication with the client and adhere to their defined processes and requirements

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, time-sensitive ticket acquisition or e-commerce role
  • Strong computer and internet navigation skills, with the ability to quickly navigate and purchase tickets on various websites
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle variable workloads and unpredictable ticket release schedules
  • Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal, to liaise with the client
  • Adaptable and flexible to work in a remote, 24/7 environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate and timely ticket acquisition
