The Role
As a Sales and Marketing Researcher, you will be responsible for researching and curating contact details for marketing campaigns. Your efforts will directly support our marketing and sales team in establishing connections and building relationships with target customers. This role is crucial in helping to scale our outbound marketing efforts targeting key clients and prospects with relevant information about our products and services.
What will you be doing?
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to define research parameters aligned with business objectives and campaign goals.
- Conduct contact research using tools and databases to compile accurate information for marketing outreach.
- Verify and update contact details by cross-referencing sources and maintaining accuracy in Salesforce.
- Manage and optimise Salesforce, building a segmented database of contacts with regular updates.
- Identify new leads in the real estate market to expand customer prospect lists.
- Provide Sales and Marketing with high-quality, up-to-date contacts segmented by region, industry, and ICP.
- Ensure contact data quality through continuous monitoring and assessment.
- Deliver regular reports on research efforts, lead generation, and data accuracy.
Who are we looking for?

- Previous experience in contact research, data entry, or a similar role is a plus.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and market dynamics is preferred.
- Experience using Salesforce and Pardot CRM tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in using online research tools and databases.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Adaptability to evolving processes and technologies.
