Key Responsibilities:

  • In depth hands on experience in following technology for supporting large enterprise client.

  • Extensive knowledge of end-user computing technologies, including Windows, macOS, SCCM, Intune, Image management, Application packaging, mobile device management (MDM), citrix and AVD.

  • Proficient in messaging and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, One drive, Zoom and Webex.

  • Mobile device management (MDM - Workspace One and Intune).

  • Knowledge of managing Experience management and Desktop engineering.

  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security, and cloud services.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in technology supporting large enterprise clients.

  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM - Workspace One and Intune).

  • HS Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical certification

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
