This is a full-time contractor role.

How You Will Spend Your Time

  • Continuously sourcing a pool of high-quality passive candidates to enrich our talent pipeline
  • Conducting thorough interviews to identify candidates with precise qualifications, competencies, soft skills, and experiences aligning with our requirements
  • Cultivating strong candidate relationships throughout the selection process, promoting a positive and engaging experience
  • Keeping all clients informed about the progress of recruitment efforts, including regular status updates
  • Proposing and implementing new channels and resources for both active and passive candidate acquisition
  • Crafting compelling recruitment materials and strategically posting job listings on relevant job boards to attract top talent
  • Monitoring and managing our CRM platform to ensure a well-organized and up-to-date talent database
  • Staying informed about industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive talent landscapes to make informed recruitment decisions
  • Staying current with best practices in talent acquisition through ongoing professional development and networking

Who You Are

  • You have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in sourcing, attracting, and hiring international talent for performance marketing and e-commerce roles
  • You thrive in building relationships with clients and candidates
  • You have the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful outcomes
  • You are ambitious, driven and highly motivated to achieve outstanding results
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are (potentially) interested in running your own business in the future
  • You possess a deep and genuine interest in psychology and human behavior
  • You have strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to adapt to unexpected challenges and devise innovative solutions to attract top talent
  • You are committed to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends
  • You are tech-savvy and familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tech tools
  • You have excellent English communication skills (both written and oral)
  • You are a big fan of lean work methodology and thrive on being efficient in all aspects of your work
