About the role

This position will lead the strategic concept of business analyst across business units, supporting multiple complex projects aimed at delivering IT solutions and services that meet company cost, quality and strategic targets. The role will predominantly focus on gathering and analyzing work group data, defining current processes and requirements, researching best practice and identifying and documenting process improvements and functional specifications.

Responsibilities:

· Managing complex business requirements and analyzing existing business processes

· Leading integration and communication among applications, databases, and technology platforms

· Leading business process analyzes and business needs-requirements elicitation

· Performing complex analysis on existing systems, evaluating solutions for technical and business suitability

· Participating in developing functional and non-functional requirements, testing, training, and implementing applications into production environments

· Managing staff responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and applicable laws

Requirements:

• 10+ years IT business analyst experience
• 2+ years Leadership experience
• BS/BA degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience required, ISEB qualified Business Analyst required

· Demonstrate proven success in leading teams and achieving the outcomes targeted

· Have Business Analyst experience with relevant training and expertise

· Have relevant qualifications or equivalent experience

· Be proficient in conceptual and UML data modelling, data flows, analysis, and processing

· Be able to maintain automated test scripts

· Have a broad understanding of software development methodologies
