As Manufacturing Systems Expert - Principal you will be responsible for the leadership, maintenance, development and management of support systems for the implementation of production plans and to ensure competitive advantage, in accordance with the law, internal regulations, Good Practices, and business objectives

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Defining specifications for designing Manufacturing Batch Records (MBR) and creating and generating electronic batch records (EBR), considering all quality, cost, and timeline requirements.

  • Independently participating in qualification processes and risk assessments, as well as in the implementation and technical validation of changes in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), in collaboration with other departments.

  • Responsibility for monitoring and addressing deviations and related actions, and overseeing change control in accordance with timelines and applicable regulations.

  • Responsibility for participating in audits and inspections within the area of responsibility.

  • Responsibility for personal and professional development, as well as the development of colleagues, and the responsibility for transferring technical knowledge to the production area, providing support for team members' development in their professional field.

  • Performing the role of the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for troubleshooting major issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), managing change control, and ongoing monitoring and action related to MES information systems in production.

  • Adhering to and implementing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) rules and guidelines.

  • Constant striving to improve the efficiency of personal and team work, and to simplify processes.

What you will bring to the role:

  • University degree in chemistry, pharmacy, economics or other equivalent degree.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience.
