10! Is the number of our multinational ESO (External Supply Organization) Finance colleagues you could join as BPA Finance Analyst!

You will be working for the EU region and provide expert advice to superiors on Business Planning and Analysis and insightful and value-added analysis and decision support to the management team. You will also provide financial and administrative support to a country, unit or function organizations, regarding financial planning and analysis.

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support direct manager and ESO Finance Lead with the operational conversion of the BPA strategic goals within a dedicated area of the business (SRTs) and support financial activities (Budget, LO, LF, Spot landing, Strategic Planning).
  • Provide analysis or reporting with particular emphasis on accuracy, compliance and timeliness of data provided.
  • Ensure ongoing business performance is appropriately monitored and measured, and drive early warning for re-direction of resources with Business Partners (SRMs, SOMs).
  • Ensure integrity of data provided by manufacturing teams, and provide value-added analysis; provide recommendations on improving forecast accuracy.
  • Coordinate Business Partnering with other areas of the business (FRA, Supply Chain and other functions) to support on-time and accurate information gathering.
  • Support Product costing by ensuring data are accurate and collected on time (e.g. routings, batch sizes, campaign sizes, yield losses etc), calculating activity and overhead rates and aligning the calculating process with the Product costing team. Review TPC calculations, checking for correctness and explaining changes vs previous TPCs (reconciliation).
  • Responsibility for personal and professional development.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor, and tasks based on a specific appointment.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in financial or other economics field.
  • University Degree in Finance, Economics or other relevant field.
  • Fluent in English and Slovene language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
