Strikingly is in search of a Vietnamese Bilingual Non-Voice Customer Support Specialist. As a pioneering website builder designed for ease of use, we are dedicated to empowering individuals to express their uniqueness through our platform. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent our brand and personality consistently in every customer interaction, embodying the Strikingly voice and tone.
  • Create memorable experiences by providing outstanding customer service across various channels, including email, chat, and social media.
  • Translate product information and customer communications, such as newsletters and lifecycle emails, to enhance user understanding.
  • Cultivate extensive knowledge of our products and internal systems to assist customers effectively.
  • Promote positivity and satisfaction in all interactions with customers and team members.

Required Skills

  • Proficient communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Strong desire to assist individuals with varied learning styles and challenges.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Access to a desktop computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM, Windows 10/MacOS 10.12.6, Core i3/AMD Ryzen 3 or better, along with a reliable internet connection of at least 20Mbps.
