Job Overview

Join Strikingly, a pioneering mobile-optimized website builder with a mission to empower individuality, as a Bilingual Chinese-English Non-Voice Customer Support Agent, also referred to as Happiness Officers. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service through email and live-chat channels while translating our innovative product offerings into Chinese. You will be equipped with the necessary tools to facilitate translation and will moderate translations conducted by others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reflect our brand identity and personality in every interaction with customers by adopting the Strikingly voice and tone.
  • Create memorable experiences through outstanding customer service to both new and existing customers across various communication platforms (email, chat, social media).
  • Translate our products and all customer communications, including newsletters and lifecycle emails.
  • Cultivate in-depth knowledge of our product and internal software to effectively assist customers.
  • Maintain a positive and uplifting demeanor in all interactions with customers and team members.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in both Chinese and English, with excellent communication abilities.
  • A strong desire to assist individuals with diverse learning curves.
  • Enthusiastic about learning new concepts, problem-solving, and possessing analytical skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
  • Access to a suitable desktop computer (minimum 8GB RAM, Windows 10/MacOS 10.12.6, Core i3/AMD Ryzen 3 or better) and a reliable internet connection of at least 20Mbps.

Qualifications

  • Professional-level fluency in both Chinese and English.
  • Demonstrated passion for helping others and robust interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service roles is preferred.
