Description:

SPS Commerce is hiring for multiple Consultant I to support our clients in Implementation, Small Business! As a Consultant I, you will work on a team of professionals responsible for developing standardized solutions for customers. This role will facilitate problem research, isolation, diagnosis, resolution and follow-up for customer change events and managing escalated events when necessary.

 

This is a fully remote role, and can be based anywhere in the Philippines

The role will work US based time zones

What is the day to day like?

  • Execute installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration as part of completing implementation project.
  • Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products.
  • May consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients' business objectives and goals.
  • Inform customer and other stakeholders of project progress.
  • Conduct tasks and assignments as directed. Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
  • Track progress of Implementation project(s). Ensure deadlines are met and scheduling issues resolved.

 

What is required? 

  • Bachelor's Degree + 2 years of related experience OR 5 years of relevant experience with no degree.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to apply, test, and re-configure data rules in order to produce desired results.

What is preferred?

  • Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft D365FO, D365BC, AX or NAV is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of EDI standards and EDI integration such as ANSI and EDIFACT is important.
  • 3-5 years professional business experience, industry experience in retail or supply chain is desirable.
  • A balanced mix of skills: driver and facilitator, tactical leader and doer.
  • Familiarity with XML or SQL a plus.
  • Experience with text editing and data mapping tools.
