Our Restructuring practices’ aim is to provide effective solutions to its clients. Responsibilities
To collate information and assist in the preparation of reports.
To take ownership of work assignments and manage workload.
To keep line managers appraised on progress.
To assist and support other members of the team as required.
To take an active part in the firm and demonstrate a “can do” approach.
Identify and discuss with the manager issues and obstacles as they arise, suggesting solutions to overcome and progress matters;
Ensure deadlines are met and case progression can be demonstrated across assigned work / tasks;
Be able to work on several different assignments effectively at one time;
Visit client premises/offices and liaise with client’s employees, agents and solicitors as necessary;
Strong understanding of reading and analyzing financial statements
Be able to understand and prepare financial models.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders;
Draft standard and non-standard correspondence as required;
Provide assistance in investor reach out, preparation of collaterals and due diligence.
Adhere to Kroll’s systems, policy requirements and relevant Health & Safety policy;
Be willing to travel as per work requirements.

Requirements
Qualified CA / ACCA (preferably one 1st attempt) OR MBA OR CFA (preferably one 1st attempt)
2-3 years’ financial / commercial experience in Big 4, investment banking or equivalent, with experience in M&A, restructuring, valuation, audit, management accounting. OR;
2-3 year`s of transaction advisory experience with Big 4 or a boutique investment banking firm..
Good understanding of financial modelling
Hands-on experience of preparation of information memorandum, investment teasers and related collaterals
