Our client is a well-known luxury jewelry company. Together, we will unite our efforts and begin the data digitalization journey, including Data and BI migration. We are confident that this would enable respectful organizational changes and prepare the organization for AI/ML, Analytic Sandbox, and other advanced concepts.

IF YOU ARE

  • A Business Analyst with over 5 years of experience in IT, possessing a proven record of designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions
  • Knowledgeable in non-functional requirements, business process optimization, prototyping, and modeling tools
  • Proficient in writing SQL statements to calculate required metrics and retrieve desired data
  • Experienced in leading a program
  • Aware of enterprise digital transformation concepts
  • Skilled in relational database systems, their design, and ways of working
  • Good at DWH and Big Data architectures and their most suitable modeling approaches
  • Confident in management principles and enterprise solution management specifics
  • Well-versed in business architecture frameworks and key business analysis tasks, elements, and techniques
  • Familiar with business development and pre-sales activities
  • Focused on solution creativity and participating in design phase activities
  • Experienced in conducting issue root cause analysis, from high-level management reporting to raw data
  • Strong in people management, leading a development team to results without formal authority
  • Familiar with OLAP cubes
  • Capable of communicating in English to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Skilled in RPA (as a huge advantage)

  • Lead a program
  • Capture the vision of the business area and understand the client’s specifics
  • Define the client’s business needs, goals, and objectives, and communicate them to the engagement and development teams
  • Analyze the 'as is' state of the enterprise
  • Define the 'to be' state, identify and assess gaps, and design appropriate solutions
  • Develop a business case to evaluate the feasibility of potential solutions or investments
  • Standardize business and solution requirements elicitation using best practices for facilitation, requirements specification, designing, prototyping, and modeling
  • Ensure the solution aligns with the business needs
  • Establish and adhere to the requirements lifecycle process
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and plan a communication strategy based on its results and the specifics of the solution
  • Prioritize and roadmap solution requirements
  • Manage the scope of the solution
  • Establish a change management process where applicable
