  • Leverage research and market mapping techniques to map appropriate external talent for the executive-level roles (Senior Directors, Vice Presidents etc.) within the pharmaceutical sector
  • Provide market insights to the Executive Search Recruiters to ensure that they are up to date with movements across the industry
  • Develop reports that support the presentation of market mapping, longlist, and shortlist presentation
  • Prepare candidate summaries or profiles and format candidate CVs upon request
  • Make initial contact with prospective Candidates and engage with them for initial introduction and screening
  • Manage interview scheduling process or informal coffee conversations with Candidates and the Hiring Manager community

What you need to have to be successful:

  • You will come across credible and able to communicate with very senior level candidates on the phone
  • A humble yet driven personality, motivated to deliver, and who enjoys problem-solving
  • An intelligent and naturally inquisitive person who is well-organised, structured, resilient, and disciplined
  • You will need to be very motivated and able to conduct work independently but with a lot of support and an open door to all managers and consultants
  • Any experience managing search projects and being project lead or being line manager to more junior search consultant would be beneficial
  • Any experience training and mentoring more junior individuals would be beneficial
  • Proven experience operating in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Capability to manage a challenging and complex workload in an efficient and effective manner
